POPIA-minded data use

Mzansi Work is an apply companion, not a data broker. You control consent in Settings and can export or delete your companion data anytime.

We process personal information under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) for clearly stated purposes. Identity numbers are encrypted at rest when provided for government applications.

  • Job discovery & apply companion

    We use your profile, saved applications, and barriers to show realistic jobs and prepare-to-apply guidance.

  • Outcome follow-ups

    If you opt in, we ask what happened after you apply - interview, offer, or no reply - to improve labour-market insight.

  • Aggregated workforce insight

    With consent, we may use anonymised, grouped statistics (never sold row-by-row) to help partners understand SA hiring friction.
