    • Strong track record of maintaining correct till balances with minimal overs or unders.

  3. Sales Floor Standards

    • Consistently high standard of work on the sales floor.

    • Commitment to maintaining housekeeping and store presentation standards, with a willingness to take initiative when required.

  4. Attendance and Timekeeping

    • Good record of attendance and punctuality.

  5. Values, Policies and Procedures

    • Consistent application of Ackermans values, policies, and procedures in all work activities.
