Job description Key Responsibilities - Deliver structured training programs in hair and grooming, including barbering techniques. - Demonstrate practical skills and ensure learners achieve competency standards. - Assess and evaluate learners’ progress against trade test standards, providing constructive feedback. - Maintain accurate training records, schedules, and administrative documentation. - Stay current with international and local grooming and barbering trends and techniques. - Mentor and guide learners to achieve professional standards and industry readiness. - Support the academy in curriculum updates and development of training materials. - Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. - Promote a professional, positive, and safe learning environment Key Competencies - Technical expertise in hair and grooming, including barbering. - Strong administrative capability with attention to detail. - Ability to assess, mentor, and inspire learners. - Knowledge of emerging industry trends and techniques. - Professionalism, leadership, and organizational skills Additional Competencies - Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication. - Sales-driven mindset with focus on recruitment and education goals. - Ability to travel to support recruitment and business needs. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). - Ability to generate, analyse, and interpret reports, including KPIs and performance metrics. - Collaborates effectively with education and support teams. - Commitment to ongoing professional development and networking. - Experience in program development and communicating product updates effectively.
