Requirements
Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA in Human Resource Management. 4 years’ functional experience in human resource administration environment of which 2 years should be supervisory experience at Senior Practitioner level or equivalent level. Knowledge: Human Resource Management methodology, principles and strategy. Digital Acumen/Relevant HRM Systems/Performance Systems. Compensation Fund Objectives and Business Function. Compensation Fund services. Compensation Fund services. Relevant Fund policies, procedures and processes. Stakeholders and customers. Customer Service (Batho Pele Principles). Risk Awareness. Legislative requirements: Public Service Regulations. Public Service Act. Basic Conditions of Employment Act. POPI Act. Skills: Project Management and Planning. Quality Assurance and Improvement. Data Integrity and Management. Ethics and Governance. Monitoring and Evaluation. Data Gathering, Analysis. Data/Record Management. Research and Benchmarking. Stakeholder Development and Management.
Duties
Coordinate the implementation of employee benefits, conditions of service and remuneration of employees in the Fund. Coordinate the process of administering the incapacity leave process (Pillar). Coordinate the maintenance of the Human Resource Information of the Fund. Management of resources.
