Requirements
Grade 12 (Senior certificate or equivalent qualification). Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Clerical duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data, operate computer and collect statistics; Understanding of the 259 legislative framework governing the Public Service; Working procedures in terms of the working environment; insight of the Public Service financial legislations, processes and procedures, National Treasury Regulations and Provincial Treasury Instructions. Skills in the following: Computer, Planning and Organising, Language, Good Verbal and Written Communication, Customer Care, Reporting, Problem-solving, Creative Thinking, Decision Making, Inter- personal, Willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines, Ability to work under pressure.
Duties
Render general clerical support services; Provide supply chain clerical support services within the component; Provide personnel administration clerical support services within the component; Provide financial administration support services in the component.
