Duties
Implement human resource planning strategies and processes. Coordinate and facilitate achievement of Employment Equity Targets. Coordinate HR Information and compile reports. Facilitate the development and implementation of MTEF HR Plan. Facilitate the development and implementation of the EE Plan. Supervise the maintenance of the HR information system. Manage and monitor the HR information system and recruitment strategy. Manage Resources (Human, Equipment, Assets).
