Requirements
Grade 12 plus an appropriate qualification at NQF level 6 in Human Resource Management or Development or equivalent qualification in the relevant field or area as recognised by SAQA. PERSAL Literacy. A minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience. Valid motor vehicle driver’s license (with the exception of persons with disabilities. Knowledge And Skills: Knowledge of legislative mandates governing the public service. Interpretation of policies. Knowledge of E-Recruitment. Computer literacy Good Communication skills. Report writing skills. Basic Conditions of Employment Act, Public Service Act, Employment Equity Act, Public Service Regulations, Human Resource Management policies. Problem solving skills.
Duties
Facilitate recruitment and selection of employees. Facilitate transfer/secondment/placement. Facilitate conditions of services and benefits. Supervise staff. Additional key Result area for PWC post: Perform auxiliary services, HRD and PMDS activities.
