Required Knowledge and Experience What You'll Be Doing As a Company Secretariat Graduate, you'll play an important role in supporting the governance and compliance activities of the business. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting with the preparation and distribution of Board and Committee meeting packs - Coordinating meeting logistics and governance calendars - Maintaining company records, statutory registers, and governance documentation - Supporting regulatory submissions and compliance activities - Assisting with governance reporting and special projects - Conducting research on governance, legal, and regulatory developments - Providing administrative support to Board members, Executives, and Committees - Ensuring governance documentation is accurately filed, maintained, and What Will Help You Succeed?
