The ideal candidate must be passionate about customer service and have a strong understanding of sales processes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting the best products to meet their needs. - Drive sales growth through proactive customer engagement and upselling. - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. - Assist with inventory management and product display to enhance the customer experience. - Manage product categories and perform weekly stock counts - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed store sales targets. - Accurately process customer transactions and provide after-sales support. Minimum requirements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail (preferred but not mandatory). - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. - Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach. - Must be a team player with a proactive and positive attitude. - High attention to detail and ability to multitask. - Familiarity with the company’s product offerings is a plus. - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays. - Matric or equivalent qualification.
