To drive end-to-end execution of business development and M&A initiatives, translating strategy into implementation through disciplined transaction management, governance coordination, and orchestrating cross-functional delivery. The role ensures that complex initiatives including structural separation programmes, new market expansion, and strategic transactions are delivered effectively, on time, and aligned with MTN’s governance, risk and value creation requirements. Acts as the execution engine of the M&A and BD function, enabling leadership to scale transaction throughput and delivery maturity across multiple concurrent initiatives.
