Job description PURPOSE OF THE POSITION To execute infrastructure development, refurbishment, macro maintenance and minor building works across multi-campus properties and estates ensuring alignment with the NWU strategic agenda University standards and regulatory requirements and to provide oversight for all phases of construction projects. Minimum requirements - A bachelor’s degree (NQF7) in the Construction or Built environment (Construction Project Management/Construction Management/Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Architecture). - A minimum of six (6) years’ proven experience in the built environment as a Construction Project Manager or Professional Architect or Professional Construction Manager. - A minimum of two (2) years’ proven managerial experience. - Professional registration as a Professional Construction Project Manager or Architect/Architectural Technologist/ Senior Architectural Technologist or Construction Manager (PrCPM, PrArch/ PrSArchT/PrArchT/or PrCM) with SACPCMP or SACAP with 1 year post registration experience.
