Assisting in overseeing, managing, and maximizing the entire business operations. Ensuring all staff are living the store culture and delivering excellent customer service while also monitoring the financial performance of the store Job description The Responsibilities Include - Managing targets and profitability of all the departments in store. - Stock Management - Managing Promotions - Ensuring hygiene and housekeeping standards are maintained. - Staff Management - Driving customer centricity within the store. - Opening and closing the store. - Build professional relationships with all stakeholders - Achieving successful Food Adit results. - Ensuring that GUEST CX is experienced within the store.
