DOWNLOAD OUR ONE-PAGER Duties & Responsibilities - Clean and prepare guest rooms to the required standards. - Change bed linen, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities. - Maintain cleanliness of assigned public areas and corridors. - Report maintenance issues, damages, and lost property. - Respond to guest requests in a professional and courteous manner. - Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and security procedures. - Maintain housekeeping equipment and assist with deep-cleaning tasks. - Accurately record completed housekeeping activities. Skills and Competencies - Hotel experience Strong people and communication skills - Able to work under pressure and independently - Flexible to work long hours and weekends Computer literate (Excel, Word, Outlook Qualifications - Grade 12/Matric - Relevant qualification related to Management
