Duties & Responsibilities - Deliver professional food and beverage service to executives, clients, and visitors. - Prepare and set up executive dining rooms, boardrooms, and meeting venues. - Serve meals, refreshments, and beverages according to service standards. - Ensure all dining and meeting areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready. - Assist with the preparation and presentation of catering functions and special events. - Maintain excellent knowledge of menus, ingredients, and service protocols. - Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and requirements. - Monitor stock levels of beverages, cutlery, crockery, and hospitality supplies. - Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations. - Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when interacting with executives and guests. Skills and Competencies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Professional appearance and grooming standards. - Strong customer service orientation and attention to detail. - Ability to work under pressure and maintain service excellence. - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices. - Flexible approach to working hours when required for meetings or special events. Qualifications - Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. - Minimum 2–3 years' experience as a Waiter in a corporate, hospitality, hotel, executive dining, or fine dining environment.
