We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead security operations, drive service excellence, and build strong client partnerships while ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant environment. Duties & Responsibilities - Lead and manage security operations to ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment. - Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service. - Manage and develop security teams to achieve operational excellence. - Oversee risk management, incident investigations, and security compliance. - Monitor CCTV, control room, and access control operations. - Drive operational performance, service delivery, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards. - Manage site performance, reporting, and contractual requirements.
