Tracking Number AGR 39/2026 Department Agriculture Salary level 5 Enquiries Ms G Martin at (021) 808 5350 Location - Town / City Elsenburg Job Purpose Department of Agriculture, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a competent individual to provide registry services. Minimum Requirements Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification). Recommendation None. Key Performance Areas Provide registry counter services; Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence; Render an effective filling and record management service; Operate office machines in relations to the registry function; Process documents for archiving disposal . Competencies Knowledge of the following: Registry duties, practices as well as the ability to capture data and operate computer; Legislative framework governing the Public Service; Storage and retrieval procedures in terms of the working environment; Understanding of the working registry. Skills in the following: Computer literacy; Planning and organising; Good communication (written and verbal); Flexibility and Teamwork. Remuneration R 237 453 – R 279 708 per annum (Salary level 5) Note on remuneration in addition service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension-fund contributions, etc) are funded or co-funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
